Interested in working for the federal government? The Partnership has an array of entry-level opportunities that will give you valuable work experience to start a career in public service. Our programs, open to students and recent graduates, are a great way to test out working in government and learn more about the wide range of federal job possibilities.

The Partnership operates many of these programs and is responsible for finding, recruiting and selecting the applicants and finalists. We work with federal agencies to find the best matches for the opportunities these agencies have open and then provide professional development programming to enhance the experience for the people selected. Once you finish your time at an agency, the Partnership will invite you to join our alumni community, so you can stay engaged with the program and help inspire other candidates to apply for these opportunities.
