Colleges and universities play a critical role in inspiring and preparing the next generation of government leaders. Our Call to Serve Network, which is the only national system that collaborates with both government agencies and hundreds of institutions of higher education, works to promote government service and recruit the next generation of public servants. With over 1,800 members across the country, the Partnership supports colleges and universities by connecting students and alumni with tools, resources and opportunities in government.  

A go-to guide for job seekers to explore government opportunities, apply to internships and full-time jobs, and navigate the federal and state government hiring process from start to finish. GoGovernment offers specialized resources and programming for university career development professionals and job seekers.

The Federal Advisor Certificate program trains participants to become experts in all aspects of the federal hiring process and gain a deep knowledge of the wide range of federal career opportunities. This program equips career advisors with the strategies and tools needed to successfully advise students interested in government careers.  

Our team visits campuses across the country to provide workshops and training on navigating government opportunities while connecting with students and career advisors.

The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program is an exciting, paid opportunity for students to gain professional experience in federal and state government. Since 2022, the program has placed highly skilled talent from across the country in government internships.
