Mission context Communications coordinators within the Fiscal Agent Operations unit ensure providers receive accurate information, timely assistance and streamlined access for participation in Colorado’s Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus programs. 

In this role, you may: 

  • Draft, edit and finalize provider communications including newsletters, bulletins, web postings and memoranda 
  • Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with department policies and messaging 
  • Translate complex policy, regulatory and technical information into clear, provider-friendly language 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, verify and refine content for publication and training 

Web & Digital Communications Specialist

Mission context This position leads web design, multimedia production and digital outreach initiatives for the Division of Student Affairs to support the expansion of educational opportunities and improve quality of life for West Virginians. 

In this role, you may: 

  • Design, develop and maintain division websites and web portals, including WordPress-based platforms 
  • Develop and implement digital outreach strategies to expand online engagement 
  • Provide technical assistance, training and support to community partners, educators and stakeholders in effectively using web platforms and digital resources

Court Interpreter

Mission context Court interpreters provide accurate and impartial translation services between English and Spanish in support of court proceedings and court-related functions 

In this role, you may: 

  • Interpret legal proceedings such as first appearances, arraignments, hearings, pretrial conferences and trials 
  • Provide sight translation and written translation of court-related documents 
  • Facilitate meaningful access to the courts for individuals with limited English proficiency
