In recent years, the federal government has faced several big challenges: a global pandemic, systemic racism and inequality, climate change, natural disasters and more. To solve these challenges—and the ones we will face in the future—our government needs to recruit and retain vital young talent. Fortunately, the new administration has approached this goal with a renewed sense of urgency.
