We work with federal agencies to find the best matches for the opportunities these agencies have open and then provide professional development programming to enhance the experience for the people selected.Once you finish your time at an agency, the Partnershipwill invite you to join our alumni community, so you can stay engaged with the program and help inspire other candidates to apply for these opportunities.
Cybersecurity Talent Initiative
The Cybersecurity Talent Initiative is the first-of-its-kind public-private partnership aimed at recruiting and training a world-class cybersecurity workforce. The program is a selective opportunity for students in cybersecurity-related fields to gain access to vital public and private sector work experience and even receive student loan assistance.
Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program
Operated by the Partnership for Public Service, the Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program is recruiting young talent to join the federal workforce in support of the Department of Transportation and the Department of Commerce. The program places students with critically needed skills into paid internships and aims to develop a diverse pool of young talent for these agencies.
Harold W. Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations
The Rosenthal Fellowship is a prestigious program that offers our country’s most outstanding and civic-minded graduate students in international affairs the opportunity to spend a summer working to solve some of our biggest national and global challenges.
Intergovernmental Personnel Act, or IPA, placements help agencies fill talent gaps. Under this program, participating agencies submit position descriptions for IPA assignments while the Partnership identifies potential candidates and matches them to agency needs. After the agency confirms the candidate match, the Partnership will work directly with IPA assignees to prepare them for the federal workforce.
The Federal Fellowship for Racial Equity is designed to place racial equity experts in federal agencies to help ensure systemic justice for marginalized communities. Fellows will help agencies to deliver on President Biden’s promise to pursue a comprehensive approach to advancing equity for all, with all the challenges and opportunities which that entails.
