Interested in a career with the USDA Forest Service? You found a good place to start.
For more than 100 years, the USDA Forest Service has helped America’s national forests thrive as natural ecosystems open to the public for outdoor recreation and wilderness exploration. Our national forests also are sources of sustainably harvested timber, fruit, herbs and other products.
In addition, the agency addresses the effects of climate change on our forests and disburses funds to numerous organizations to plant and maintain trees in urban areas.
